RESILFIRE

RESILFIRE is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Global Fellowship investigating how wildfires affect infrastructures, especially power and communication networks. The project combines wildfire simulation, infrastructure modelling, and analysis of social vulnerability to understand who is most affected when critical services fail during a wildfire emergency, and to propose ways to make those networks more resilient. 

Research runs from February 2026 to January 2029, split between the University of California, Berkeley and Politecnico di Torino.
